Originally inspired by my on-going interest in stage fright and performance anxiety, THE ASIDE, delves into the many contradictory feelings conjured up when we expose ourselves to the observation of others. Part magic act, part soliloquy, THE ASIDE, breaks the human down into parts, before reassembling it again, just in time for the final act. A performance film version of this work is currently in process.
